Conference Sponsors

As you might have guessed from the ticket price, this conference is heavily subsidised by kind donations from our sponsors.  Most notably, we would like to acknowledge the exceedingly generous donations made by Osler House, and the Wellcome Trust.

Osler House:

William Osler House Club is Oxford University Medical School's student union, based in the grounds of the John Radcliffe Hospital. It provides a canteen, bar and space for rest and relaxation for medical students working at the hospital, and is the social focus for life as a medical student in Oxford. Regular events and bops are held, and the club is run by representatives from the student body.

Wellcome Trust:

The Wellcome Trust is an independent charity funding research to improve human and animal health.  Established in 1936 and with an endowment of around £13 billion, it is the UK's largest non-governmental source of funds for biomedical research.  As a privately endowed charity, it is independent from governments, from industry and from other donors.

We have also received kind donations and sponsorship deals from the following organisations:

Oxford Global Economic Governance Project
Child Family Health International
Oxfam
Medical Protection Society (MPS)
Medical Defence Union (MDU)
Medical Sickness
Oxford University Press
Lady Margaret Hall Medical Society
The following middle/graduate common rooms: Exeter College, Jesus College, Magdalen College, St John’s College, Somerville College, St Hugh’s College, Wadham College, Christ Church
